Décès du pianiste Johnnie JONHSON

C’est un des pionnier du rock’n’roll qui vient de nous quitter. Johnnie Johnson avait notamment travaillé avec Chuck Berry. C’est lui qui accompagnait Chuck Berry sur “Roll Over Beethoven” et “No Particular Place to Go”. Le fameux “Johnny B. Goode” serait un hommage à Johnson. Il a accompagné le Maître jusqu’au début des années 70.

Il avait aussi accompagné des gens tels Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, Bo Diddley et Keith Richards. Johnnie Johnson a aussi été introduit au fameux Rock and Roll Hall of Fame en 2001.

Johnnie Johnson est décédé ce 13 avril. Il avait 80 ans.
