Tribute à Stevie WONDER

Un album “tribute” à Stevie Wonder sortira au mois de mars. On y retrouvera notamment Eric Clapton. L’album est intitulé “Conception: An Interpretation of Stevie Wonder’s Songs”. Il sort le 18 mars prochain.

Eric Clapton y reprend le titre “Higher Ground”, qui a également été repris par les Red Hot Chili Peppers en 1989.

Blige y interprétera le morceau “Overjoyed” alors que Musiq y reprend “Vision”.

Parmi les autres artistes présents, il y a Glenn Lewis pour “Superstition”, Brian McKnight pour “Send One Your Love”, Angie Stone pour “You Will Know” et Black Coffey pour “Rocket Love”. Marc Anthony, John Mellencamp et Dave Hollister contribuent également à certains titres.

Le premier single qui en sera extrait est “That Girl”.

Stevie Wonder est actuellement en studio pour travailler à son prochain album.
